In case of doubt, horizon 6″ artwork

Ivry-sur-Seine (France)Solar

In the commune of Ivry-sur-Seine, artist Mirela Popa’s “En cas de doute, horizon 6” (In case of doubt, horizon 6) project offers a sensitive and poetic reading of the area through a discreet light installation.

The work takes the form of a solar light line, following the route of an archaeological enclosure corresponding to the remains of Neolithic houses. The light beacons, inspired by ceramic fragments, punctuate the route like landmarks open to interpretation, revealing the memory of the site without freezing it.

Conceived as a living work of art, visible mainly at night, the installation evolves with the natural cycles and uses of the site.
The solar solutions implemented, which are autonomous and not connected to the grid, guarantee energy-saving intervention that is reversible and respectful of the environment, in perfect harmony with the artistic approach.

Key features:
– Tailor-made solar LED paving stone
