ECO-INNOV, a subsidiary of the GROUPE RAGNI, attaches the utmost importance and care to the protection of privacy and personal data, as well as to compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “RGPD”) affirms that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently. Accordingly, this data protection policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) aims to provide you with simple, clear information on the processing of personal data concerning you, particularly in the context of your browsing and operations carried out on our website.

Accordingly, we implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures, depending on the nature of the data and the risks involved in processing it. These measures must make it possible to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data. They may include practices such as restricted access to personal data by persons authorized by virtue of their functions, pseudonymization or encryption.

In addition, our practices and policies and/or physical and/or logical security measures (secure access, authentication procedure, back-up copy, software, etc.) are regularly checked and updated if necessary.

How long we keep your personal data

Your personal data is kept at least for the duration of the processing operations linked to our contractual relationship. Beyond this period, these periods are increased to take into account the rules of legal prescription and legal and regulatory obligations of conservation.
For prospects, the maximum possible retention period of data collected is 3 years, from the last contact between ECO-INNOV and the prospect, unless you ask to delete your data.

For unsuccessful candidates, your data (in particular CV and related information) may be kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, unless you object.

When you exercise your rights, our Data Protection Officer processes your personal data for the purposes of managing your request (title, surname, first name, copy of ID, nature of request, response). This data is kept for a period of 5 years, with the exception of the copy of your identity document – if this is required – which is kept only for the time needed to carry out checks or comply with a legal obligation.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, or if no response is forthcoming, you can submit your complaint to the CNIL in accordance with the procedures set out on their website.

When you send us a request to exercise a right, we ask you to specify as precisely as possible the scope of the request, the type of right exercised, the personal data processing concerned, and any other useful information, in order to facilitate the examination of your request. In case of reasonable doubt, you may also be asked to provide proof of your identity.

Exercising your rights is a strictly personal matter and concerns only the applicant on his or her own behalf, or a legal guardian on behalf of a minor or a protected adult such as a person under curatorship or legal guardianship. It cannot be applied for another family member or someone living under the applicant’s roof without proof of a legal mandate entrusted to the applicant by the person concerned, or relevant documentary evidence.
