Yes, the equipment is designed to operate all year round, even in periods of low sunlight. The sizing of photovoltaic panels and storage systems is adapted to local climatic conditions to ensure reliable, continuous autonomy.
Storage systems (batteries or capacitors) guarantee operation for several consecutive nights without solar input. Depending on model and use, autonomy can be adjusted during project planning.
Yes, ECO-INNOV equipment is designed to comply with applicable standards and regulations, particularly in terms of electrical safety, signage and the management of end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
Yes, our solutions offer a wide range of customization options: light intensity, colorimetry, operating modes, layout or architectural integration. Each project is the subject of a specific study to respond precisely to the constraints of the site.
A solar stud is an autonomous, energy-efficient wayfinding solution. It consumes no electricity from the grid and reduces civil engineering costs, since no electrical connection is required.
Photovoltaic cells capture solar energy during the day and store it in a battery or capacitor. When night falls, this energy is restored in the form of an autonomous LED wayfinding light.
A light-emitting diode (LED) is an electronic component capable of emitting light when an electric current crosses it.
Its main advantages are :
- excellent mechanical resistance (shock resistance, vibration resistance, crush resistance),
- low power consumption,
- very long lifespan, generally between 50,000 and 100,000 hours.
Solar photovoltaic and LED technologies, when used appropriately, offer an effective alternative to traditional electrical solutions.
They apply in particular to :
- urban planning,
- road signs,
- emergency lighting and wayfinding.

The average lifespan of a solar stud is :
- about 5 years for models with rechargeable battery,
- up to 10 years for capacitor models.
On certain models, lifespan can be extended by maintenance on the electronic module at the end of the cycle. Most of our equipment comes with a 2-year warranty (please refer to the product manual).
