Our ecological charter
Our commitment to the environment is reflected in a structured and concrete ecological charter. We guarantee the quality and durability of our products, while integrating eco-design principles and responsible practices at every stage of our business.
Our commitments

Product quality and durability
Manufacturing quality, which guarantees long product life and a limited number of maintenance operations, is the primary lever for reducing the environmental impact of our equipment.
Even if there’s no such thing as “zero defect”, especially for electronic equipment, our priority is to bring to market solutions that are durable and scalable.
In our low-voltage and solar ranges, we use LEDs with an estimated average lifespan of 100,000 hours.
Some solar cells are also equipped with capacitors with an average lifespan of over 10 years.

Recycling end-of-life products
We are a founding member of the recycling network dedicated to professional WEEE, currently managed by the approved eco-organization ECOSYSTEM.
As such, we finance the take-back of end-of-life electronic safety, lighting and control equipment, to meet our legal obligations and enable our customers to fulfill theirs.

Eco-design
The commitments we have made to the eco-organizations ECOSYSTEM and BATRIBOX encourage us to integrate recycling constraints right from the development phase of our future products.
Eco-design is therefore one of our top priorities, as demonstrated by our latest innovation.
Right from the design stage, our ECO-120 flush-mounted solar panel for wayfinding applications has been designed to allow easy dismantling of each component at the end of its life cycle, enabling it to be recycled and reused.

Responsible digital communication
We favor the dematerialization of our catalogs and technical documentation.
For all our digital media, we recommend that users print only when necessary.
Internal correspondence is conducted exclusively by electronic means. External correspondence is sent by traditional mail or fax only when absolutely necessary.
The marketing, installation, follow-up and after-sales service of our projects are all managed using digital tools, in particular our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Eco-responsible purchasing policy
We give preference to suppliers and partners with an environmental charter or who are developing environment-friendly solutions.
The paper used by Eco-Innov is 100% recycled or FSC-certified.
We are also committed to raising awareness among our suppliers, subcontractors and partners of the importance of responsible and sustainable practices.

Energy & transport
Our offices are equipped exclusively with LED lighting solutions and are not lit at night or at weekends.
Workstations (computers, monitors, printers, etc.) are systematically switched off when not in use; no device is left on standby.
Air travel is limited as much as possible. When necessary, they are subject to a CO₂ emissions compensation scheme.
We encourage the use of soft modes of transport: cycling, public transport, carpooling.

Waste management
All waste generated by the company is systematically sorted and recycled.
Each office is equipped with a dedicated waste garbage can and a waste paper basket for recycling.
Electronic equipment requiring batteries is equipped with rechargeable batteries. Chargers and collection bins are available for end-of-life items.
Selective sorting is surface-mounted, with separate collection of plastic packaging (PET) and aluminum.
Printer toner cartridges are collected by specialized recycling companies.
Collection, regulatory compliance and eco-design
We were one of the first manufacturers to offer our customers a simple, free collection solution for professional WEEE, regardless of when it was put on the market.
Collection is ensured by a local network of professional drop-off centers and partner wholesalers throughout mainland France and the French Overseas Departments and Territories.
Our unique identifier FR006801_05MBCK, assigned by ADEME, attests to our registration in the register of producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), in accordance with article L.541-10-13 of the French Environment Code.
This identifier confirms our regulatory compliance, both in terms of registration and declarations of marketing to the ECOSYSTEM approved eco-organization.
The commitments we have made to the eco-organizations ECOSYSTEM and BATRIBOX have led us to integrate recycling constraints into the development of our future products.
Eco-design is therefore a priority area of work, fully integrated into our innovation approach.
For example, our ECO-120 flush-mounted solar array for wayfinding was designed from the outset to enable easy and efficient dismantling of each of its components at the end of its life.
The aim of this approach is to encourage the recovery and reuse of elements that are still functional, in a spirit of circular economy and environmental responsibility.
