Recessed solar panel

Flush-mounted solar panels for architecture and urban planning

With its design inspired by pavement cladding, ECO-143 blends seamlessly into urban planning and architectural landscaping. Flush-mounted and free-standing, it diffuses an effective low-angled light while maintaining a low bracket projection for pedestrians and two-wheelers. Direct access through the hood ensures rapid maintenance and long-lasting operation.

1 – After locating the studs, drill a circular core with a minimum diameter of 130 mm and a depth of 100 mm.

2 – Carefully brush and clean the hole to remove all dust and traces of moisture which would reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive.

3 – Pour SIKADUR 42+ HE sealing adhesive into the hole, then insert the stud into the adhesive. It’s imperative to use a sufficient quantity of glue: there must be sealing glue under the entire lower part of the cover (a thin layer of glue protruding from the cover). The edge of the hood must be flush with the level ground. Pay attention to LED orientation.

4 – Maintain a weight on the stud and respect the time required for the sealant to set (refer to the manufacturer’s instructions in the adhesive’s technical manual).

Note: keep the solar module and LEDs clean and protected throughout these operations.

Failure to comply with these instructions may result in suspension of the warranty.
