1 – After defining the location of the studs, make a circular core hole at least 62 mm in diameter and 50 mm deep.

→ We recommend a 5 mm perimeter seal around the collar.

2 – Brush and clean the hole carefully to remove all dust and traces of moisture that would reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive.

3 – Pour a small amount of sealing adhesive into the hole to seal the base of the stud. The glue must not rise above the lower level of the flange, which must be free to be unscrewed for maintenance.

→ We recommend a two-component epoxy adhesive such as Sikadur 30 for installation on asphalt, concrete or stone.

4 – After allowing the first seal to dry for a few minutes, finish with a soft seal around the flange or a thin mortar that will be easy to remove for maintenance purposes.

→ We recommend an anti-UV mastic adhesive such as Sikaflex 521 UV, unless contraindicated with the nature of the substrate.

5 – Clean off the adhesive residues and allow to dry for several hours depending on the ambient temperature (refer to the instructions for use of the adhesives used).

Note: Throughout these operations, ensure that the solar module is kept clean and protected.

Failure to observe these instructions may result in the warranty being invalidated.

* The guarantee applies in the event of a complete failure of the lighting system within the framework of normal use and an installation in conformity with our recommendations. It covers replacement of the faulty article with an identical model delivered free of charge to destinations in France, after the faulty article has been returned and analysed. On-site intervention fees are not included. Mechanical damage are not covered by the warranty.

ECO-INNOV is thus one of the first producers to offer its customers a simple and free solution for collecting their professional WEEE, regardless of when it was marketed. The equipment is collected via a network of professional waste collection centres and certain wholesalers.
