For this purpose, data is transferred securely to countries outside the European Union. We use a secure mail server in the USA with an ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. In addition, the mail servers have certified compliance with the EU-US/Swiss-US privacy frameworks and are members of the ANA, ESPC, OTA and MAAWG.

How do we store your data?

Our company stores your data securely and all information transactions are encrypted by SSL / HTTPS protocol. Content and environment backup systems help ensure a 99.99% infrastructure operating rate.

Means for restoring the availability of and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident are put in place with third-party service providers. We enter into agreements with them in order to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect users’ personal data.

A business continuity plan (BCP) is regularly updated by the company and means of data purging are put in place in order to provide for the effective deletion of data as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes determined or imposed is reached.

The Data Officer and, where appropriate, the Officer’s representative shall keep the following records:

  • a register of processing activities carried out under their responsibility,
  • a register of sub-contractors (EU and non-EU),
  • a register of incidences notifying to the supervisory authority.
