class=\"col-12 col-md-8\"><p>On Nice&#8217;s Coul\u00e9e Verte (Promenade du Paillon), a luminous solar sculpture accompanies pedestrian walkways at the heart of the public space.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Fleurs solaires ECO-MAR&#8221; urban luminaires, designed by artist-sculptors Nicolas Thibault and C\u00e9cile Geiger, were developed in collaboration with ECO-INNOV.<br \/>\nThey offer
